kingdom leadership |
|
By Ricky Pillay |
-
DEFINITION OF KINGDOM LEADERSHIP - a leadership that
personifies the Kingdom of God as demonstrated in the life and work of Jesus
Christ. In other words, it's a leadership lifestyle that represents and
manifests kingdom principles, policies and dictates contained in the Word of
God.
-
Most management and leadership styles or concepts has its
roots in some kind of religion or culture. Kingdom leadership has its roots
in Jesus Christ, the ultimate pattern for leadership.
-
Jesus is prototype and destiny of the redeemed..
We have been predestined to conform to the image of Jesus Christ (Rom. 8:29).
He died to produce more people like Him (John 12:24). After His death and
resurrection, God transferred the Holy Spirit (the Spirit of Leadership) that
was in and upon Jesus to us so that we would represent Him unto the uttermost
part of the earth (Acts 1:8)
