EXAMPLES OF AMENDMENT
1. Amendments to Article X – This Article previous entitled “The Leadership Team” is amended to read “The Management Team” and now covers the composition, responsibilities, duties, rules, regulations, etc for the Management team, which shall function for a period not exceeding two years.
2. Amendments to Article XI – This Article previously entitled “Officers” is amended to read “ The Leadership Team” and now covers the composition, qualifications, undertaking, responsibilities, rules, regulations, duties, etc for the Leadership Team. The Leadership Team would replace the Management Team after a period of 2 years.
3. That these amendments are effective from 26 November 2000 (date of our 2nd Management Meeting at which these amendments were discussed).
